A. Basic Requirements

1. Love to work in foreign trading industry, willing to challenge yourself, willing to challenge higher post;

2. Be proactive and good at developing new customers as well as maintaining the relationship of old customers.  Take care to the customer needs.

3. Have good teamwork spirit, high execution ability, strong pressure resistance and stability.

B. Education Requirements

College degree or above, No major requirement, advantage would be given for the candidate who has 2 years or more foreign trading business experience

C. Professional and Skill Requirements

1. Excellent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills. Proficient in writing business English letters. Communicating and negotiating with customers clearly and skillfully;

2. Familiar with the foreign trading process, and be able to professionally execute the whole business from finding customers to the final payment of tax refund;

3. Familiar with foreign trade regulations, policies, customs declaration, freight, insurance, inspection, customs and related regulations of importing countries, international currency exchange, and payment;

4. Familiar with Alibaba, eBay platform are preferred.

D. job description

1. Using Internet platforms such as Alibaba and eBay to explore overseas markets, develop and track overseas customers, grasp customer needs, collect effective customer information, organize and respond to inquiries, follow-up work, and stimulate customer order;

2. Maintain good communication with customers, and explore the new needs of existing customers;

3. Collect market information, grasp market trends, help to update the company website platform, and release new products in a timely manner;

4. Actively communicate with various departments to ensure that the goods are delivered on time;

5.Meeting the company's performance requirements and report progress to supervisors in a timely manner.
