Technical Support Engineer

Recruitment requirements

1. Responsible for the pre-sales and after-sales technical support of the company's IOT / AR / VR and other related software and hardware products;

2. Cooperate with the sales department to carry out project support, communication, implementation, testing and commissioning and other supporting works;

3. Responsible for technical support and application training for end users, prepare technical solutions;

4. Support tender bidding, product testing and sales services;

5. Complete other tasks assigned by the department.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree or above in computer, communication, electronics and related disciplines;

2, 3 years of related industry experience;

3. Familiar with IOT / AR / VR related software and hardware vendor is preferred;

4. Experience in carry out integration projects independently is preferred;

5. Pro-active work, strong sense of responsibility, good at interpersonal communication;

6. Adapt to frequent business trip, obey the company's deployment.
